Terms of Service
Last updated: June 14, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Moonline Tint Co. website and the services we provide. By using our website, requesting a quote, booking an appointment, paying a deposit, or having work performed, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
01Who We Are
Moonline Tint Co. (“Moonline Tint Co.,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a woman-owned business based in Las Vegas, Nevada, providing automotive, residential, and commercial window tinting, vinyl wraps and color shift, paint protection film (PPF), ceramic coating, custom stickers and graphics, and architectural vinyl.
02Bookings & Appointments
Submitting a booking or quote request through our website is a request, not a confirmed appointment. Your appointment is confirmed only after we contact you and you have paid any required deposit. We may decline or reschedule work at our discretion, including when a vehicle or surface is not suitable for the requested service. You are responsible for providing accurate vehicle, property, and contact information.
03Deposits, Payments & Pricing
Quoted prices are estimates and may change after we assess the vehicle, surface, or scope of work in person. A deposit may be required to secure your appointment and is paid through our third-party payment provider (Square). Remaining balances are due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
04Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds
Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel or reschedule with less than 72 hours’ notice, or if materials have already been ordered for your job. For vinyl wrap, PPF, ceramic coating, and other specialty installs, deposits become non-refundable once materials are purchased. If we cancel an appointment and no materials have been ordered, your deposit will be refunded in full within three (3) business days. Completed services are non-refundable, but defects covered by warranty will be corrected as described below.
05Warranty
Where a written warranty is provided, it covers qualifying defects such as delamination, bubbling, color shift, and adhesive failure under normal use. The warranty is void if: (a) windows are rolled down before the required curing period ends; (b) damage results from improper cleaning, ammonia-based products, abrasive materials, or physical mishandling; (c) damage is caused by pre-existing conditions disclosed at the time of install; or (d) the product is altered, repaired, or serviced by anyone other than Moonline Tint Co. Warranty coverage applies to the original customer and is non-transferable unless stated otherwise.
06Customer Responsibilities & Aftercare
To keep your warranty valid and your results looking their best, you agree to follow all aftercare instructions we provide. For window film, this includes keeping windows fully closed for at least five (5) days after installation and not disturbing the film while it cures. Small water bubbles or a hazy appearance during curing are normal and typically clear within one to two weeks. Aftercare requirements for PPF, ceramic coating, and wraps will be provided at the time of service.
07Legal Tint Compliance
It is your sole responsibility to ensure the tint darkness (VLT) you request complies with Nevada law. In Nevada, front side windows must allow more than 35% of light through, non-reflective tint is permitted on the windshield only above the manufacturer’s AS-1 line, and red and amber tints are prohibited. We will advise you of legal limits, but if you request a tint level that does not comply with the law, you accept full responsibility for any fines, citations, failed inspections, or other legal consequences, and Moonline Tint Co. is not liable for them.
08Results & Workmanship Disclaimer
We take pride in detail-first work, but certain outcomes are inherent to the materials and surfaces involved and are not workmanship defects. These include minor texture variation or imperfect adhesion over dot-matrix borders and rear defroster lines, slight variation in color or finish, and the possibility that pre-existing scratches, chips, or paint imperfections become more visible after a service such as ceramic coating or PPF. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, broken or weak window seals, defroster damage, or surface changes (including adhesive residue) revealed during or after film or coating removal.
09Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moonline Tint Co.’s total liability for any claim arising from our services or your use of this website is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service at issue. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
10Photo & Media Release
Unless you tell us otherwise in writing, you authorize Moonline Tint Co. to photograph and video your vehicle or project before, during, and after service and to use those images for documentation and marketing, including social media. We will not share your personal identifying information publicly without your consent.
11Website Use & Intellectual Property

Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you agree to that venue. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will stay in effect.
15Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Changes become effective when posted, and your continued use of our website or services means you accept the updated Terms.
